I am Santosh Singh Rajput, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) graduate, passionate educator, political strategist and the founder of SSR Manthan — an education platform committed to transforming the way students learn, grow and contribute to society.
Born and raised in Jharkhand, I understand the challenges students face in accessing quality education. My journey into teaching began over 8 years ago, driven by a simple belief: every student deserves a mentor who truly believes in their potential.
Beyond education, I have channelled my analytical and leadership skills into the political arena — providing strategic planning and campaign consultancy to political leaders and parties. My data-driven approach to understanding voter behaviour, grassroots outreach and communication strategy has contributed to successful electoral outcomes for the leaders I have supported.
